These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Totonito online gambling and sports betting platform, accessible at totonito.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Totonito. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Where prior versions of these Terms exist, this version supersedes all previous versions in full.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered on the Platform under a unique username and associated with one verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet, cashback awards, or other non-real-money incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by Totonito's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the Totonito website, mobile interface, all associated software, APIs, and any other digital services provided under the tonito.cam domain.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency of account for all transactions on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are natural person aged21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
2. You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of Totonito, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or intermediary for any third party.
6. You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or any other identity.
7. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily initiated via the Platform or imposed by a regulatory or judicial body.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information should any of it change.

4.1 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other point at Totonito's reasonable discretion, you may be required to submit the following identity documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unexpired copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of DuitNow account, FPX-linked bank confirmation, or e-wallet account details).

4.2 Verification Timelines

Totonito will endeavour to complete KYC review within one (1) business day of receiving complete documentation. Where additional documents are requested, the review period restarts upon receipt of the additional materials. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify Totonito support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Totonito shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain password security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account settings.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Totonito accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via verified payment methods. Supported local payment options for Malaysian players include DuitNow, FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted. This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit isRM50 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is imposed, although large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Totonito does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer, DuitNow, or FPX are typically credited to your Account within one (1) to five (5) minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon achievement of the required blockchain confirmations.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the Account, or to a verified alternative method following a formal request and supporting documentation.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under three (3) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Totonito reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of source of funds.

Totonito offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your Account. Real-money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.
• Certain game types may be excluded from, or contribute a reduced percentage to, wagering requirement calculations. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Totonito reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived therefrom, if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the Platform.

6.2 Referal Programmes

Players participating in the Totonito referral programme agree that referred individuals must be genuine new players registering for the first time using their own verified identity. Self-referals or referrals to accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the programme and reversal of any referal rewards.

All bets placed on the Totonito Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. These rules are accessible within the Platform's individual game help sections and sports betting rules pages. The following general principles apply across all verticals:

• A bet is deemed accepted and binding once a confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform's system. Verbal confirmation, chat messages, or screenshots prior to system confirmation do not constitute acceptance.
• Totonito reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or stakes that were published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), whether caused by human input, system error, or data feed malfunction. Void bets will be refunded at stake value.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be refunded.
• For live (in-play) betting, Totonito reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless a palpable error or technical fault is identified.
• The minimum stake per bet is RM1 across most markets. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or eroneous odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players on the Platform.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider while retaining any associated winings.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account, or using a third party's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other material on the Totonito Platform ("Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to Totonito and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's Intellectual Property without Totonito's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Totonito's trademarks, trade names, or logos in any context — including but not limited to affiliate marketing materials not approved under a formal affiliate agreement — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Totonito shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

Totonito's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) RM500.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Totonito makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, accuracy of game outcomes, or the compatibility of the Platform with your device or software. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.

11.1 Suspension by Totonito

Totonito reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you are suspected of breaching these Terms; (b) a payment dispute or chargeback has been initiated; (c) your Account is subject to a regulatory inquiry; or (d) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your Account.

11.2 Termination by Totonito

Following investigation, Totonito may permanently terminate your Account if a breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, Totonito may withold and forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including any winnings, if such winings were derived from the conduct that led to termination.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be paid out to your verified payment method. Closure requests submitted by players who have activated a self-exclusion period will be processed at the conclusion of that self-exclusion period, unless explicitly requested in writing during an active self-exclusion as a permanent exclusion.

Totonito is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take that responsibility seriously as an operator.

• All players have access to deposit limits, daily loss limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods via their Account settings. These tools take effect promptly once activated.
• Players wishing to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period may activate a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling settings page. Self-exclusion periods range from one (1) week to a permanent exclusion.
• Totonito will not send marketing communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

Totonito reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Totonito will provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, unless the amendment is required urgently by law or regulatory direction, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, Totonito encourages you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Totonito's customer support team will endeavour to acknowledge any formal complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complaints may be submitted via the live chat function on the Platform or by email to the support address listed in Section 15.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.
